This reminds me of Matrix scene where the agent [Hugo Weaving] says that humans are like viruses, moving to places that suits him and not evolving to suit the existing ambience.
People who moved generation(s) back from India coming back to India... these people are just parasites that feed on anything that hosts it. So people who end up surviving at the same place irrespective of their opportunity to relocate are jackasses. And these people who migrate are those geniuses who displace natives wherever they go.
